WE ENSURE A TRANSPARENT PROCESS OF HUMANITARIAN AID DISTRIBUTION!

We come together and simplify the work of volunteer organizations that are ready to help residents of the frontline regions. Thanks to the platform, humanitarian supplies can be delivered to Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Mykolaiv and Sumy regions. We were eager to make the process as detailed as possible and included the possibility of tracking the humanitarian cargo from the departure of the truck from the loading point to the partner’s warehouse in Ukraine.

All charity funds and organizations can coordinate and send humanitarian aid to residents of front-line cities and villages free of charge thanks to the MAP platform work.

HOW DOES MAP OPERATE?

Charity funds and organizations register on the platform and undergo verification for the delivery of humanitarian supplies to the frontline regions.
An announcement of the delivery of humanitarian cargo to one of the settlements is posted on the platform.
• Local residents of cities and towns fill out an application to request a certain category of assistance – food kits, hygiene products, etc.
Platform coordinators register the needs and prepare a truck with a humanitarian. The departure of the mobile team is coordinated and all the locations of the route are fixed.
On the platform, you can follow the truck tracking and delivery to MAS – mobile aid stations.
• The online video surveillance is installed during humanitarian aid distribution, so that the process is as transparent as possible.
Volunteers provide local assistance, register and record people who have received assistance and in what quantities.

MAP PLATFORM FUNCTIONALITY

ARRIVAL AND UNLOADING OF GOOD

All receipts of humanitarian aid are recorded in the necessary detail on the platform. Goods can be written off from the warehouse on export routes or transferred to regional warehouses for further distribution for the people in need.

CREATION OF EXPORT ROUTES

The route is created for the agreed departure of the mobile team and the recording of all the route locations with the addition of photo and video reports during the movement.

HUMANITARIAN AID DISTRIBUTION

All points of humanitarian aid distribution are the mandatory attributes of the route and are created on the platform by the manager responsible for the region. Upon the distribution of humanitarian aid, photo and video reports are created and sent to the digital version of the route list.

CONSOLIDATION OF THE REPORTS

The project administrator and the responsible coordinator can download reports for any of the stages of humanitarian aid delivery. Reports are stored in cloud storage and protected from cyber attacks by non-trivial architectural methods. All data is stored on a GDPR-compliant platform. There are several roles on the platform (project coordinator, logistician, courier, regional curator) – each user has their own type of access, which allows them to distribute the areas of responsibility in different areas of the humanitarian aid delivery process. Organizations and charitable foundations can register and independently make announcements about the distribution of aid distribution, maintain records, etc. All trucks will be sent to the cities in an organized manner and distributed among the locals at the platform delivery points. The creation of this platform was initiated by the GloBee International team together with Space-Eye. The international agency orderly collects the requests of residents of settlements and delivers the required amount of humanitarian aid to hot spots.

We are working on the life quality improvement of residents of the frontline and de-occupied regions. Currently, we volunteer intensively in Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Mykolaiv and Sumy regions. Working within the clear boundaries of these areas helps to focus on the residents’ of the regions needs.
